Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler is an avid reviewer of Z-graded movies typically in the horror and martial arts types. Her style and approach are very similar to The Cinema Snob. However, she tends towards stupid action flicks that have a twisted fascination. After earning some recognition in the forums that are part of Channel Awesome (under her previous name Obscurus Lupa) and began her review films in the latter half of 2009. The site was up and running through the beginning of 2015 when Obscurus Lupa Presents retooled into Movie Nights. She currently hosts two podcasts, one that covers the Charmed Franchise and another hosted by Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme.
